Conor & Kristin’s Baker Beach + Lovers’ Lane Engagement Photos

Conor and Kristin made the drive down from Sonoma to meet up with us for an early morning engagement shoot, even though it was right during the middle of raging wildfire season. (You can even see the haze in some of the photos.) We started off at a completely empty beach, as if it was reserved just for them, and then headed over to Lovers’ Lane in time to catch the morning sun peeking through the trees like we were in a magical forest. Lana & Alan’s Engagement Photos at City Hall + Baker Beach

Lana and Alan have known each other almost their entire lives — since the wee age of six! But they only started officially dating a few years ago, and it wasn’t even very long ago that Alan overheard Lana’s cousin asking if she would ever consider dating him… and Lana saying “no, never!”

Well, he got the last laugh because he definitely put a ring on her!! Last month, we went out to City Hall and Baker Beach to get some pretty pictures for them and I’m excited to share 🙂 Congrats to this perfect pair and their wedding next summer!

James & Anne Marie’s Stow Lake Rowboat Surprise Proposal

James wanted to surprise his girlfriend Anne Marie with a marriage proposal in a special spot: on a Stow Lake rowboat, near the old stone arch bridge. As they slowly rowed towards the spot while feeding the ducks around them, we got into position — Annie on the shore nearby, David in a different rowboat (with our daughter on board to make it not look suspicious!) to get a second angle from the side — and watched as they approached.
