Lana and Alan have known each other almost their entire lives — since the wee age of six! But they only started officially dating a few years ago, and it wasn’t even very long ago that Alan overheard Lana’s cousin asking if she would ever consider dating him… and Lana saying “no, never!”

Well, he got the last laugh because he definitely put a ring on her!! Last month, we went out to City Hall and Baker Beach to get some pretty pictures for them and I’m excited to share 🙂 Congrats to this perfect pair and their wedding next summer!

I got to first meet Emily and Josh just two days before their San Francisco City Hall ceremony, at Emily’s best friend’s wedding where she was a bridesmaid. (And of course they returned the favor — you can see Jess & Jason in some of these ceremony photos!) Over the Christmas holidays, I had the honor of photographing Isabele & Symon’s San Francisco City Hall elopement. Theirs was the most intimate of elopements, and I acted not just as their photographer, but also the witness!
