Sauptik and Sohini are getting married next month in India! Sohini came all the way from Seattle for this engagement session, just in time for our lovely spring weather. The grass in the park was changing colors to a lush green and made for a perfect backdrop. We also took some more photos at the Rengstorff House, a lovely little wedding venue in Mountain View.

Mengxi surprised Shi by booking a portrait photo session as a birthday gift — what a sweet boyfriend! We walked around the park and took advantage of the great South Bay winter lighting to snap some beautiful photos. Take a look below!

Anicea and Harold took their twin babies Yann and Yanis to Cuesta Park to celebrate their two year anniversary and their babies’ second birthday!! Little Violet is one year old! She is OH SO adorable!! I LOVE everything of this cake smashing set up. Everything is, literally, violet — the banner, the cake, the blanket, the necklace, the hair bands, and even the custom made diaper! Little Violet certainly enjoyed that cake as she flipped it over and smashed the whole thing 🙂

We spent a lovely evening with Ruth, the mother-to-be. Ruth wanted us to capture some yoga poses that connect her with the baby. With some help from the gorgeous lighting that day, we got some stunning shots at the park! Did I mention that Ruth is also a fellow Canadian?
