Michael and Lauren are an outdoorsy couple who enjoy hiking, nature, and being outside, and both their proposal story and these engagement photos reflect that — both were in spots that rank among our favorite open, nature-y spaces here in the Bay Area. Constance & Kevin’s Outdoor Art Club Wedding

Constance and Kevin are two of the sweetest folks you’ll ever meet, and it was such a joy for us to capture their wedding memories. Their story started a full decade ago in college, where they studied entirely different fields with disjoint course paths, but as luck would have it, they did overlap on one fateful elective — and that’s all it took. Since then, their relationship grew (along with their collective coffee habit), and one day in 2021, Kevin planned a very sweet proposal, which brings us to present day: their Outdoor Art Club wedding! M&V’s Mount Tamalpais East Peak Surprise Proposal

We’ve seen a lot of sunsets, but very few compare to the epic, sweeping views seen from up at the Mt. Tam. M did a ton of research before deciding on the Mount Tamalpais East Peak for his surprise proposal to V, spending many hours driving around the Bay Area to pick the perfect spot. Since he knew she loves mountains, hills, and nature, he knew this was going to be the place. It’s pretty well hidden away, but this rock on the side of the mountain offers a sweeping 270-degree panoramic view of San Francisco and the Bay Area, and it’s nothing short of spectacular.
