When Frank and I first chatted about his proposal plans, he mentioned wanting to do it somewhere quiet, preferably somewhere wooded since he knew his girlfriend of seven years, Rona, would appreciate it. Julia & Chuck were the most laid-back, relaxed couple. They took no time at all to warm up in front of our cameras (despite the super cold weather!), and knew just how to make each other smile and laugh. I kind of see where their dog’s super chillaxed nature came from!
