Matthew had the perfect surprise proposal planned for his girlfriend Athena. It was going to be in Carmel Valley, at a special spot with an absolutely majestic view of the valley below. Record-breaking wildfires had ravaged the California countryside and clouded the skies with smoke just days before the proposal, but that wasn’t going to stop him — if the coronavirus couldn’t keep them from getting engaged, then neither was the smoke. Lynn & Tony threw one heck of a party for their wedding at The Club at Ruby Hill… and looked like a flawless pair of models through all of it! JJ & Alex are probably the most incredible couple we’ve ever met. It’s just unbelievable how talented they are: both work in software by day and are skilled dancers by night (quite the combination!), Alex started a company that was later acquired, and JJ, the gifted artist, beautifully hand-painted a lot of their wedding items which you’ll see in the photos below. We’d been excitedly looking forward to Will & Sam’s wedding for over a year now. Ever since their proposal at the Palace of Fine Arts here in San Francisco and engagement session at UCLA where they first met (and I think that’s the farthest from home we’ve ever been for an engagement shoot!), we couldn’t have been more excited for their wedding day at The Club at Ruby Hill.
