This sweet couple flew all the way from their home in Calgary to San Francisco — where they had their first date four years ago. We had gotten so used to seeing the summer fog, and the especially-thick cover earlier that week, that when we arrived at Baker Beach to capture I&J’s proposal, the sight of the Golden Gate Bridge actually felt strange. Viral had a romantic evening planned for Shital while she was in town visiting him for the long weekend — a quick sightseeing trip up to Battery Spencer to take a few selfies overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge, followed by a nice dinner in Sausalito. Flying in all the way from New York, Daven & Anisa visited our beautiful city of San Francisco for a weekend trip. After a long, relaxing walk along Baker Beach in the presence of calm, soothing waves and the ever-present Karl the Fog, the couple took a selfie and then turned towards the Golden Gate Bridge. Tim wanted to make his San Francisco trip with his girlfriend Jackie extra special, so he brought along a little ? surprise! The pair took an early morning trip out to the Land’s End Labyrinth while it was totally empty and had a nice moment to themselves, while we quietly took some photos from a distance. E & E’s surprise proposal was the works! He had hired Captain Larry (Just Dreaming Yacht) for a private cruise on the San Francisco Bay with them and six of their close friends. What an incredible way to propose! The afternoon was an extra fun one for us as well — we arrived a bit early to don crew uniforms, complete with nametags reading “Eric” and “Marie” which would be our identities for the first half of the trip until the surprise was revealed.
