Being avid hikers, Jeremy and Nicole took advantage of their trip to the Bay Area to find some new spots to explore. The Linda Mar Beach/Pacifica State Beach is one of my favorite spots around here, so I’m really glad Jeremy liked my suggestion! It’s a pretty easy trail which goes up along a cliff facing the Pacific Ocean and offers beautiful views of the beach and ocean down below. Flying in all the way from New York, Daven & Anisa visited our beautiful city of San Francisco for a weekend trip. After a long, relaxing walk along Baker Beach in the presence of calm, soothing waves and the ever-present Karl the Fog, the couple took a selfie and then turned towards the Golden Gate Bridge. While Anisa was still facing the bridge, Daven pulled out the ring and got down on one knee behind her. When she turned around, the surprise and joy on her face was priceless! [ read more … ]

Half Moon Bay is just a short drive down Highway 1 from our home in Pacifica, and offers some really beautiful scenery and quiet spots that can’t be found in San Francisco. On one of our weekends off, Annie and I took a walk along the Half Moon Bay coastal trail near the Ritz-Carlton, and we thought to ourselves what a wonderful place it would be for a proposal… so we were really excited when Amar contacted us and said he liked it too! After making the rounds with Lauren & Zach through the Presidio and shooting some of their save-the-date photos along the way, we sped across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito to catch the sunset at Rodeo Beach. It’s their favorite beach for a getaway picnic and the view is just stunning! We had such a wonderful time with this beautiful couple and are so happy we had the chance to work with them. Join us in congratulating them on their upcoming wedding next year!

Julie and Quin are expecting their twins soon — a boy and a girl!! Does it get any better than that? I wish I were so blessed 😀 We strolled along the Linda Mar Beach trail right next to their home in our lovely city of Pacifica and spent the evening golden hour under pouring sunshine.
