San Francisco Marshall’s Beach Engagement Photos
I was so happy when M&P decided to go to Marshall’s Beach for their engagement session. Annie and I had never been there, and it’s always exciting to try out new places! Marshall’s Beach is basically like a mini version of Baker Beach, except that it’s much quieter with far fewer people (yes, that includes the infamous nudist brigade), and it’s also a lot closer to the Golden Gate Bridge so you get a better view. Carlos & Claire’s Sunset Proposal at Crissy Field | San Francisco Hidden Photographer
We’ve had quite a few British couples fly over and propose in San Francisco, and I’ve really enjoyed hearing their stories. Carlos & Claire were of course no exception, and I’m excited to share their story today! [ read more … ]
Marcelo & Nathaly | San Francisco Baker Beach Surprise Proposal
I love that I get to live in a city that’s so loved by locals and tourists alike! Marcelo & Nathaly came to San Francisco all the way from England for an early spring trip, and while they were here they stopped by for a visit to Baker Beach. John & Stephanie’s Golden Gate Bridge Marriage Proposal at Dusk
Flying all the way from the east coast, John & Stephanie visited Baker Beach last weekend for a walk along the beach. Their timing was absolutely perfect — early enough for the sun to still be barely above the horizon and give us a bit of light, yet late enough for most of the crowds to have cleared out. Moments after the proposal, the lights along the Golden Gate Bridge turned on, giving us a colorful, pretty backdrop for some photos. [ read more … ]
John & Lien | Half Moon Bay Ritz Carlton Surprise Engagement Proposal
John & Lien came from Texas to visit San Francisco and the Bay Area, and what better place to stay than at the Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay? This grand hotel is situated on a cliffside overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and there is a nice trail with colorful vegetation that runs along the cliff. Beneath it is a sandy beach, perfect for a sunset walk.
After a romantic stroll down the coastal trail, John & Lien walked down to the beach, where they enjoyed the calm waves and the sunset. Upon returning to the cliffside, John showed the ring, popped the question, and she said YES! What a wonderful welcome to the California coast for this lovely couple — congrats you two!
