I met up with Gabrielle & Adam a few days ago for their engagement session and I’m so excited to share some photos! They both enjoy grabbing a drink and chilling together, so to incorporate that into their photos we started off at the Virgin Hotel. The hotel is a meticulously-decorated, perfectly classy setting for photos, and it actually just opened its doors a couple of months ago. (Thanks Virgin for letting us snap a few photos in your space!)

After that, we headed to Baker Beach to catch the sunset and some views of the waves and Golden Gate Bridge. [ read more … ]

Bruce and Hannah are cute, lovey, and total goofballs. We felt like the two of us had a lot in common with them (mostly the goofy part), and I think it helped make for a perfect engagement shoot! We started off at Gott’s Roadside at the Ferry Building, as food is a big part of their lives and they often like to spend time with each other there. (Side note: the garlic fries there are sooooooo good!) We kept it super casual and had a lot of fun, and I love the way their silly personalities light up in these. [ read more … ]

While on a short excursion to the west coast, Joe brought his girlfriend Carol back to his old home in the Bay Area. Their route here was filled with stops at all of the scenic spots throughout the city, and before heading off to Napa, they finished off their stay in San Francisco with a hike down to Marshall’s Beach. Aron & Claire are natives of Arizona and California, and so they decided to get one set of engagement photos done in each state. Claire used to come to Muir Woods when she was growing up, and after they moved to California together, Claire brought Aron to Muir Woods where he instantly fell in love with the redwoods.
