Kim & Raoul met in one of my favorite cities in the world — Vancouver! Maybe I had even bumped into them unknowingly many years back when I lived there too 😀 For their engagement photos, we hit up the very distinctly San Francisco location of Baker Beach for their beach sunset engagement session. There’s a great amount of variety here, with woods, beach, and a Golden Gate Bridge view all within a few minutes’ walk. It was super empty that day, and it was as if they had the whole beach to themselves!

What a cute proposal: at the end of a beautiful day together, Neil and Kristina ended up at the Crissy Field beach, where he planned to surprise her with his proposal. Their French bulldog Marlon even came along to witness the moment, and he was the best. Sometimes, I get home from a shoot and absolutely can’t wait to look through all the photos… and then I can’t decide on my favorites because every last one of them is my favorite! I’m simply in love with Maria & Max’s San Francisco oceanside engagement shoot and I loved every minute we spent together. I met up with Gabrielle & Adam a few days ago for their engagement session and I’m so excited to share some photos! They both enjoy grabbing a drink and chilling together, so to incorporate that into their photos we started off at the Virgin Hotel. The hotel is a meticulously-decorated, perfectly classy setting for photos, and it actually just opened its doors a couple of months ago. (Thanks Virgin for letting us snap a few photos in your space!)
