Laura Beth and Andrew are expecting their first child!! After scaling down their original wedding plans to a “lemonade” Zoom wedding last year, LB kept with the theme and wore a lemon dress for her maternity photos. I loved it! Michael and Sam brought along their dog Goose for their engagement shoot. He’s super cute (I couldn’t stop kneading the rolls on his neck…) and was so happy to get out and go on a hike with his parents! You can also tell in a lot of these photos that he’s the one running the show, haha. We were able to fit a lot of variety into two hours: starting from Slackers Hill for a great view of San Francisco and the sunny sky, then heading over to the Marin Headlands and ending at Rodeo Beach for sunset. Kanwal and Harshad have the cutest little house in El Cerrito, one that’s absolutely perfect for photos both inside and out! This house is their project together, and we even took a few photos in front of a wall in the backyard that they painted together, making this truly a unique and personal set of engagement photos. Brandon and Anna’s surprise proposal at Crane Cove Park was a unique one, to say the least. The spot he had chosen for this special moment is a quiet little cove right next to their apartment, and it’s one they had been to many, many times before, so she didn’t suspect a thing. When they arrived, it was like they had the entire space to themselves, and we got some lovely photos of the exciting moment as Brandon asked the question and Anna responded with “yes, of course!” [ read more … ]

The last time we saw Lydia & Jessenia was one pandemic ago — yes that’s a unit of time now — when Lydia brought her girlfriend to the most scenic basketball court ever and proposed. A couple of weeks ago, we met up again for engagement photos.
