Annie & Kevin’s Sunny SF Engagement Photos
Annie and Kevin got married a few years ago, but they never got around to taking photos in San Francisco… so we set out to fix that last week! These two were a bunch of fun and full of giggles, like they had just gotten married yesterday. I loved capturing all of their little kisses and smiles, and the beautiful skies certainly didn’t hurt. Here are a few of my favorites from their shoot at a couple of my favorite spots in SF 🙂
Jeffrey & Julie’s The GlassHouse SJ Wedding Ceremony & Reception
It’s strange how some long wedding days can go by so quickly, and Jeffrey & Julie’s wedding was definitely one of those. We met up with them in the morning at Hayes Mansion, where the emotional tone for the rest of the day was quickly set with Julie’s reveal with her bridesmaids & bridesmen, followed by her very heartfelt speech thanking each of them for being a part of her journey over the years. J&J’s first look was a very touching one, and after that we lost count of how many times Jeffrey cried and laughed at the same time throughout the day. The mansion was a perfect place for all of this plus lots of portraits for everyone — both the beautiful interior and clean exterior are just so ideal for photos!
Though this first part of their wedding day was quiet and relaxed, it was a great lead-in to the ceremony & reception at The GlassHouse SJ, where the energy really picked up, especially during the reception which included a spectacularly-performed surprise lion dance as well as some pretty incredible dancing [ read more … ]
