Lajos and Gunjan are quite the avid travelers. In fact, they first met while they were on separate international trips. They just happened to cross paths and have been inseparable since! Now they’re exploring California together, starting with our beautiful city of San Francisco. To memorialize the trip, we met up with them one morning near the Golden Gate Bridge for some travel couple portraits. I really enjoyed their outfits — stylish and perfectly matched, just like the two of them. Take a look at the photos below!

Despite all that 2020 has brought us, this year still has its bright spots. Amy is expecting in the next few weeks (yay!), and we went out for a maternity photo shoot to memorialize the joy and anticipation of her pregnancy journey. Since she and her husband are leaving San Francisco, we chose to take her maternity photos at Baker Beach, right in front of the Golden Gate Bridge. This was a maternity and family session mixed into one, made extra fun by little Benji 🙂

As California starts to open back up from its coronavirus-induced shutdown, we’ve started getting back to work with engagement shoots, with social distancing of course — gone are the days when we could greet our couples with a hug! Brian & Katie’s engagement session was our first after being shut down for over two months, and we are so excited to share.

It was love at first sight for me. When he first stepped through that door, I just couldn’t keep my eyes off of him. Yes, that’s right, this giant fluffball Benji is an absolute heart-stealer! Okay in all seriousness, Rudy and Erin are a really sweet couple. They’re both full of smiles and radiance, and we loved the energy we felt when we first met them. Dhruv was pretty sneaky… not only did he manage to get his girlfriend Shraddha over to Baker Beach without her suspecting, he also kept a rose hidden on the entire trip over to the beach! As they started to head down to the beach, I saw him very smoothly pull the flower out from hiding and place it into his back pocket for the walk. I really loved how the moment played out — simple but super sweet, with the most adorable “yes” reaction. [ read more … ]
