Nels & Lindsey’s Wedding at Freedom Hall and Gardens | Santa Clara Wedding Photographer

Nels and Lindsey’s wedding was full of vibrant colors and adorable details. Lindsey was so thoughtful that she incorporated a piece of lace from her mother’s wedding dress into her bouquet, which made her “something old” extra special! They also had a super cute “ABC’s of Marriage Advice” scrapbook made by a room of kindergarteners, and it made their candy table extra sweet!! I also just have to mention that Lindsey and Nels met through music, karaoke to be specific. So they had a karaoke jockey instead of a traditional DJ at their wedding reception, and the couple gifted each other a song — touching and hilarious at the same time!

Congratulations Lindsey and Nels. We really enjoyed capturing your wedding day story and wish you two all the very best!

Michael & Lucile’s Wedding at CuriOdyssey | San Mateo Wedding Photographer

This is a love story about a French girl and an American boy who met in Japan and have been in love ever since. Lucile and Michael’s modern travel-themed wedding was held at CuriOdyssey, witnessed and blessed by their family and friends from all around the world. They have put so much effort into the details – Lucile handmade ALL of the origami bouquets, boutonnieres, guest favors, and the centerpieces herself, and they incorporated French, American, and Japanese culture seamlessly into their wedding. Oh, and the tie that Michael wore was made of a piece of fabric from Lucile’s wedding dress! I was in full candid mode for the entire wedding because M&L really wanted organic moments of their special day. So I promise you, there is not a single posed photo here. Now, let the photos bring you back to a perfect day for a sweet couple. [ read more … ]

Mel & Chavon had their evening wedding at the beautiful Casa Real on New Year’s Eve! Tina & Marty’s Wedding at Boundary Oak Golf Club | Walnut Creek Wedding Photographer

I’ve been waiting for Tina and Marty’s big day since their engagement shoot this summer. They’re a super lovely couple and their wedding ceremony has been the most emotional one I’ve shot so far! T&M wanted to keep the traditions but also couldn’t wait to spend a few minutes with each other before the ceremony, so they opted for a “first touch” — meeting each other back-to-back under a tree without looking. It was such a perfect choice for them! Romantic and personal, yet keeping all the emotion and surprises for the moment Tina walked down the aisle with her parents. It was their love and trust for each other that made everyone cry at the ceremony and it was a beautiful moment to witness and share with you all.

Congratulations, Tina and Marty!
