Sometimes, we’re dealt a combination that is just too good to be true: the sweetest couple, in the most scenic location, with unbelievable weather. Tim & Kim love to hike, and they know all the good spots in the Bay Area… which is great for us as we love to explore new places for photos! But in fact, this was anything but ordinary… once Greg rowed their boat near the stone arch bridge, he turned the boat and pulled out the ring box to propose — and with that, this special morning was just getting started! Jo-Anne and Dhruv did a ton of homework for their engagement photo shoot and were very hand-on in planning the perfect session. To get just the right kind of photos that they were envisioning, the pair visited a lot of potential locations ahead of time and we also talked extensively about what to wear that would look good there. Kevin worked very hard to make this surprise a perfect one for Alexa: he arranged for both families, half of whom flew in from out of town, to arrive early at the spot, where we then directed them into hiding down on the beach. When he and Alexa arrived at the bluff, Kevin gave a short and sweet speech (after Alexa first called him out for “being weird” 😂 — see this super cute moment in the video below), then asked her to marry him.
