Vedant managed to strike the balance perfectly, getting his girlfriend over to the Palace of the Fine Arts just in time for the most beautiful surprise proposal. A few months ago, we met up with Nate & Katie for their engagement photos. It was a pretty cold and overcast day if I recall correctly, quite unlike the warm, sunny Cloverdale weather on their wedding day at The Highlands Estate, but one thing that didn’t change even a tiny bit were their smiles and the way they looked at each other (ok those were two things). I feel like some photo shoots are already over just as we’re barely getting started — and this was definitely one of them. Tegan and Joseph met up with me at the Ruby Hill Winery (aka Casa Real) last week for some fall vineyard engagement photos. The autumn colors in the vineyards are absolutely beautiful this time of year, and the golden hour sunset light falling on T&J was perfect.
