Another sweet couple of mine got married at the historic San Francisco City Hall! I should say this is not my first time meeting with some of Soha’s family, because some of them were there when Kushal flew in from London last fall and surprised Soha with a ring and his lifelong promise — yes, the epic Palace of Fine Arts proposal! Shooting a grand wedding at San Francisco City Hall is every photographer’s dream! Thanks to Christian and Sonia, we can now cross it off of our bucket list 🙂

Uvas Canyon County Park holds a special meaning to Sue and Bryan: he had proposed to her at the top of the hill, and they’ll be getting married at the park this upcoming spring. So last week, we decided to do a venue walk-through and shoot their engagement photos at this extremely memorable place of theirs! I love how adventurous Sue and Bryan were 😀 It had been raining for a few days so the water in the creek was pretty high, and some paths were blocked by the water, but they didn’t mind sitting on the wet logs or climbing up on the big rocks so that we could get the best angles. The photos at the end, of course, were well worth the effort! David and I cannot wait to be back in a few months to capture their big day!

When Christiana and Mike told me that they were newly engaged, they really meant it! They got engaged on Dec 27th and we went out to a few beautiful locations in San Francisco for their engagement photos only three weeks later. They wanted this photo session to be romantic and fun, so we started out with a rowboat at Stow Lake. We definitely wouldn’t forget their two puppies (they are sooooooo cute), and I think the save-the-date photo with the puppies in this blog post is for sure one of my favs. The tide was crazy that day at the beach but C&M, running towards the water and getting totally soaked, didn’t mind at all.
