Vivian and Bin were here in San Francisco for their Christmas vacation and wanted some wedding portraits done in the city. We shot Lauren & Rob’s engagement photos on New Year’s Day 2016, and what a great coincidence — New Year’s Day is when they had first started dating! We went to Muir Woods, which is such a gorgeous wooded grove, and even though it was packed, we managed to avoid the crowd and got some beautiful photos on our hike along the trail. During our first phone call, Derek was bubbling with excitement and I immediately knew their proposal would be a great moment.
