Matt & Ronica’s Beautiful Sutro Baths Surprise Proposal

Matt had been thinking of proposing since February — nine months ago — and after lots of careful planning, it finally happened a week ago! To set an excuse to get dressed up (and to throw her off a bit!), they had scheduled a family photo shoot in the afternoon, before the planned proposal. Of course, that wasn’t the main event! As the sun glowed golden over the ocean, Matt brought Ronica down the weathered steps to the Sutro Baths ruins, stopped in front of the reflecting pool, and asked if she would marry him just as the sun hit the horizon. The moment was so beautiful, and we’re grateful to have been the lucky photographers to capture it!
