Tricia & Ming’s Gorgeous Atlanta Canoe Wedding

I’ve been waiting for this day for almost twenty years! From once being chemistry buddies and proofreading each others’ AP US History essays (yes, I just looked through our old emails — truly from another era, they actually feature Netscape ads in the footers), we’ve come a long way since those days. Tricia is the same girl she always was, but a couple years ago, she was lucky enough to have met the wonderful man that is Ming. He’s the more reserved type, quite unlike Tricia (ha), and together they make the perfect match. Words don’t always need to be spoken for powerful statements to be made. Just look in his eyes in their wedding photos below 🙂

We really loved seeing all the family members and guests who flew in from all around the world so happy and enjoying the celebration. Both dads gave wonderful toasts to the newlyweds, and the entire wedding day was a really intimate gathering. We were among the luckiest of the crowd though, as we got to spend a second day with Tricia and Ming! After their wedding at Canoe, we went out the next day to Vaughters Farm and Arabia Mountain for a day-after shoot. Our cameras had a field day (sorry, dad joke) with the new husband & wife, and this was probably one of our most productive shoots ever.
