Chinh & Craig’s Marin Art & Garden Center Spring Wedding
Chinh and Craig incorporated a ton of thoughtful details into their Marin Art & Garden spring wedding to make it extra meaningful, enjoyable, and personal to them and their guests. Held in a flower garden with blooms all around, the wedding’s colorful setting welcomed everyone with a light mood from the very moment they walked in and sat down in the garden. The ceremony itself was a short and sweet one and featured a mix of laughter and tears, especially while Chinh and Craig were reading vows to one another. I think where C&C’s careful planning really showed though was the cocktail hour and beyond: they had delicious food (including a whole roast pig and a spring roll station as a nod to their Filipino and Viet heritage) for everyone to try, as well as lawn games, a scavenger hunt, and craft party favors, all to help their guests have fun and enjoy the beautiful venue during their time there.
Later into the evening, the reception started off with a very energetic surprise group dance featuring the entire wedding party, followed by a lot of really great toasts — poignant, funny, and perfectly-delivered. We don’t think we’ve ever seen wedding guests flip between laughing and crying this many times during a single dinner!
Oh, and boba and ramen stations were set up as late-night snacks, and that was a unique (and awesome) combo that we really enjoyed and just have to mention 🙂
Planning a wedding is a ton of work, and it’s often stressful at times. I think Chinh & Craig’s wedding was a perfect example of where all the hard work really paid off to produce a celebration that was delightful and rewarding for themselves and for all of their friends and family.
Congrats Chinh and Craig!!
