Kailynn & Nico’s St Helena Engagement Photos at Chappellet Winery

Wine is a huge part of Kailynn & Nico’s lives, so much so that when Nico proposed, he chose to do it at Chappellet Winery, a place they often go together to enjoy fine wines. The two had a quiet space there overlooking Lake Hennessey, an absolutely gorgeous view, when Nico decided to ask the question. Although we weren’t there for the proposal, we headed back for engagement photos at the same spot (they even had the same wine he proposed with), as well as hitting a couple of other locations nearby.

It was our first time at Chappellet, and we really enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds with Kailynn and Nico. The soft winter light in the colorful vineyards made for some fantastic compositions… and having a beautiful couple as our models sure didn’t hurt 🙂 We’re super excited to celebrate with them at their wedding next year — at a vineyard of course!
