Qin En & Gladys’s Surprise Proposal Overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge

This one has been a long time coming! Qin En and I had been talking about his proposal for six months before the big day finally came! His girlfriend Gladys was visiting from Singapore, and he wanted to find the perfect spot. After spending a lot of effort doing research and scouting out possible locations, Qin En ended up deciding on Battery Spencer, for a surprise proposal overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco.

By the time the big day came, it felt like meeting up with an old friend. He popped the question, she was overjoyed (of course), and the moment couldn’t have been better. My favorite little detail was the ring box with “GL” — her first initial, his last initial — on the lid, staking the claim early! Check out their photos below!
